We start the day in Luxor with one of those moments that stay with you forever - breakfast at our boutique stay, El Hanna Valley View, looking out over the Valleys of Kings and Queens as hot air balloons float silently above us in the morning sky.
Then it’s time to hit the road. In this vlog, we journey from Luxor to Aswan, travelling through changing landscapes - alongside the River Nile, and across stretches of open desert road, watching Egypt slowly transform mile by mile.
