How to Install a Light Bar on a 3rd Gen Dodge

Do you have the best truck in the world like I do? 3rd generation Dodge Cummins? Well Diesel Dave is here to help you know how to install a light bar on this amazing truck! First you need to open the door and remove the weather strip. As you'll see there will be a guard. You’ll need to remove it by taking out the screws. Measure about 2.25 down inches from the top of the windshield. Take the top of the guard and measure also about 2.25 inches down and then cut a hole for your light bar bracket (about 5 inches wide). Then place the guard back. Take the bracket, self tap in screws, and put the bracket in and place the weather strip back too. Now your light bar bracket is mounted!
