In this video we show the entire assembly process for a Portapivot 6530 pivot door with grid profiles and UGP handles.
Total assembly time approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
As you can see in the video you will receive all the components ready for a quick and straightforward assembly. Only basic tools are needed for assembly and installation.
Required materials:
stable and level mounting surface
protection material to be placed under the profiles
rubber hammer
Quickgrip
Screwdriver for torx bits
Cleaning & degreasing materials:
pure alcohol (isopropyl)
industrial degreaser (Tec7,...)
alu polish
microfiber cloth and paper towel
