Guide to the installation of GACORoof a 100% Silicone roof coating by Firestone (previously GACO Western). The materials are warrantied for 50 years. GACO roof is not at all effected by ponding water which makes it ideal for older homes where the flat roofs typically settle and sag towards the rear.

Firestone GACORoof's claims: "This is the last roof coating you will ever need."
Since it can be recoated repairs or even mistakes can be easily rectified. There is little else that will stick to this 100% silicone roof but more of the same roof coating.

This guide is broken into two 1/2 hour segments and I still didn't cover absolutely everything. Look for a future educational and instructional material. This is more geared to the professional with comments on details of how the GACORoof works, how to recognize the two main types of single ply modified.
Some sections may seem to drag on but the purpose is to give the viewer a sense of actually applying the product.

The roof was applied partial days over a three day period. Application of GACOWash and pressure washing was not covered. Make sure this is done per manufacturer's instructions. A short cut here might lead to unsatisfactory results. Make sure the roof is bone dry before application of GACORoof.
Consider the logistics of getting the 5 gallon buckets on the roof. Many roof suppliers will deliver it to the roof top.
Future videos will cover the profitability and crafting of the proposals/contracts. As well as more on installation.

This product is a breakthrough in the roofing industry which I have been a part for over 30 years. Most products have 10 year warranty's and are more expensive to install. There are a few 30 year warranties on EPDM, TPO and to a lesser extent PVC.
In future videos we will cover APP modified (torch-down), SBS Modified (glue-down), peel and stick products, pitch and bitumen BUR (hot tar), TPO, EPDM, and PVC.
