In this video, I show you how to recreate Gian Piero Gasperini's 3-4-1-2 Atalanta system in FIFA 20 - and also how to adapt it so that it will actually work in game.
As one of the most attacking systems in the Serie A, Gasperini likes his team to relentlessly press high up the field in order to win the ball back as soon as possible.
When in possession, Atalanta attack via a diverse amount of ways. They can either build up quickly from the back via fast counter attacking means, or play through teams and look to then shift the ball out wide and get crosses into the box.
