Becoming a Group Exercise Instructor is an incredible journey, and one that I never thought I would be on, but it has lead to so much more than just "a workout" or just a "class". When people ask if they should teach group fitness, I say YES, without hesitation. It has given me much more than I thought, I have learned more than I planned and all I can say is... you have no idea how far beyond the gym the lessons go...
So why do I recommend you become a group fitness instrcutor?
1- You will think on your feet and become solution oriented FAST and in the moment. (And have some funny stories to share)
2 - You'll be the person that can TANGIBLY help someone feel what it feels like to PUSH against their comfort zone and GROW!
3- You are a daily positive impact on people, live and in person. People hopefully walk away feeling better than when they came into your class, and that's powerful. You have the opportunity to change someone's day... how cool is that?
