Описание: Ave Maria, Florida is one of the most unique towns in the United States — a purpose-built, walkable community centered around a Catholic university, a stunning $24 million oratory, and a strong sense of faith, family, and community.

In this video, I visit Ave Maria, FL, a town founded in 2005 by Domino’s Pizza founder Tom Monaghan, to see what life is really like here. With a population just over 6,000 (and growing), Ave Maria feels worlds away from typical Florida sprawl. I explore the town center, the Ave Maria Oratory, the university campus, and speak with students and residents about why they chose to live here.
