So in this episode I talk about the phenomena of workplace mobbing which can happen a lot in the workplace and most likely towards those who have autism and even mild autism.
This was something I had experienced on many occasions in the workplace and also in social environments and groups like the spiritual church. Unfortunately those like myself often just become prime targets for abuse because we are different and are vulnerable targets.
It leads to a lot of mental illness and social anxiety, it causes low self esteem and confidence and can prevent a person from wanting to socialise in life and be around other people especially in groups where this mobbing will often occur.
