Supine Thoracic Thrust Manipulation - most comfortable thoracic manipulation

Описание: This is a variation on the classic arms as leverage supine thoracic thrust manipulation. The key components are
over-roll onto your hand/fulcrum
your hand is flat, slight wrist extension; this is way more comfortable than a pistol grip or closed knuckles for you AND the patient
sidebend the patient away
take up arm slack with full shoulder extension
thrust in superior and posterior direction - NOT pure posterior

Thoracic thrust manipulation can improve cervicogenic HA, cervical ROM, and shoulder ROM.
