Just to share an example of decoding of a radiosonde type Vaisala RS41 thanks to SDRUno SDR receiver and the RS41 Tracker software.
Lukily, this one transmitted ozone data.
Hope offering the opportunity to check your own configuration, if you don't hear any radiosonde of this type in your vicinity.

Conditions of reception:
Antenna: Home made quater wave on 403.5 MHz
SDR hardware: RSP2 pro from SDRPlay
Software: SDRUno - Virtual audio cable: VB Cable - RS41 Tracker
