Landschaftspark Nord in Duisburg(Western Germany) is an abandoned coal and steel production site that is now functioning as a memorial park. This beautiful memorial park in Western Germany (Duisburg), called Landschaftspark Nord (Landscape Park Duisburg Nord), is divided into different areas, whose borders were carefully developed by looking at existing conditions of the plant. Landschaftspark at Duisburg Nord had a clear intention of using the site to develop its program. Within this context, each programmatic element is given a specific identity that illustrates time, while showing change in different ways. Each visitor is allowed to experience the park in their own way and create their own story. I am going up till the top of one plant and slowing down several times to show you even finer aspects.
