SPRING 2025 PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT: The Friendship Garden Club

Описание: After years of care and planning over at The Friendship Garden (on campus at Eucalyptus Elementary School), we finally launched our first round of programming for students on campus: The Friendship Garden Club!

This spring, 15 elementary schoolers got their hands in the soil of their school garden featuring all-native plants, made art inspired by all they observed and learned about, & worked together to help take care of the space. Combining after-school lessons on ecology & garden care with ones focused on earth-friendly artmaking, these kiddos have truly become engaged, creative and joyful stewards of The Friendship Garden!

As with all our programs, this campus garden and the resulting launch of The Friendship Garden Club (part of RuckusRoots' A.L.I.V.E programming) are truly a community effort!
