Instead of focusing on what you see, I want you to gently close your eyes… and just listen. Let the sounds move around you, shift from side to side, getting closer and further away, until your mind naturally starts to follow them.
At the beginning, you’ll hear soft movements close to you, almost like they’re right in front of your face. Then, little by little, the sounds begin to travel around you: brushing, tapping, delicate textures, and gentle personal attention designed to keep your mind engaged in the calmest way possible. Some moments might make you want to open your eyes, and that’s okay, but the real experience happens when you let go and allow your imagination to take over.
This video is meant to help you slow down, relax deeply, and eventually drift into sleep. There’s no need to focus, no need to think, and nothing you need to do. Just listen to the sounds moving around you, feel them guiding your attention, and let your mind become quieter with every passing moment 💜
