Battle rap was brought to Ireland for the first time in the late 2000's by Redzer, who established "Da' Fighting Irish" (DFI) rap battle league.
After 2013, DFI came to an end and since then, other leagues came to Ireland such as Premier Battles.
This documentary is focused on the new generation of DFI (Don't Flop Ireland). This event - DFI: Renaissance, is the first of the new league.
DFI Presidents: Dean Byrne (Rapthor), Rachael Keogh, Cale Smith.
