Constitutional genes
A chromosome is a gene that is constantly expressed in a consistent manner in a cell. These genes are important for the basic function and regulation of cellular processes and are often referred to as "housekeeping genes." They transcribe proteins and RNAs that are important for maintaining basic cellular functions, e.g.

Metabolic enzymes: Enzymes involved in basic metabolic pathways.
Ribosomal proteins: components of the ribosome essential for protein synthesis.
Structural proteins: Proteins that maintain the structure and integrity of the cell.
unconstitutional genes
Event-free genes, also known as fixed or inducible genes, are genes whose expression is regulated and can vary depending on the cellular environment, growth stage, or cell type on specific signs. These genes are not always expressed; Instead, their faces can be turned on or off as needed. Examples are:

Stress response genes: Genes that function in response to environmental stress, such as inflammatory proteins.
Developmental genes: Genes that are expressed at a particular stage of development or differentiation.
Signal transduction genes: Genes involved in cellular signaling pathways, which are activated by external signals such as hormones or growth factors.
