Today we're visiting Silver Springs State Park to see the famous glass-bottom boats and learn all about the film and TV history associated with the Springs. Films like Creature From the Black Lagoon and shows like Sea Hunt starring Lloyd Bridges all filmed underwater scenes at the Springs. There are some museums in the park where you can learn about Bruce Mozert's underwater photography, Ross Allen's Reptile Institute, and Paradise Park. All in all it was a pleasant day out and I learned a lot. The glass-bottom boat ride was the highlight for sure. Thanks for watching!
