While sometimes referred to as the "maintenance steps" Earl shatters that falsehood and talks about the immense amount of growth and the rich experiences he has had in these steps.

As usual, Earl is on fire with his hilarious sense of humor and his sharp wit. This is a very insightful and provocative talk! Highly recommended and very entertaining!
