Cambodia Requests Military Attachés' Help to Ensure Ceasefire Implementation

Описание: Oddar Meanchey — Cambodia has requested the international defence attaché to witness the situation and damages made during the five-day armed clashes in Oddar Meanchey province and to push for the effective implementation of the ceasefire from all parties.

The speech of the provincial governor, Mean Chanyada, was interpreted in English, appealing to the international communities to inspect the effects made on the local population and urging a long-term ceasefire implementation so that the people can return home.

The delegation comprises 14 representatives from nine countries, including Australia, Canada, China, France, Japan, Laos, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam, with some of them based in Cambodia and others abroad.
