Right Stick behavior = Directional Pad
Set all primary command to NUM0
Right stick up sub command = NUM2
Right stick right sub command = NUM3
Right stick down sub command = NUM4
Right stick left sub command = NUM5
Right stick press = NUM6
In-game:
Clutch = NUM0
Gear 2 = NUM2
Gear 3 = NUM3
Gear 4 = NUM4
Gear 5 = NUM5
Gear 6 = NUM6
This method is actually the exact same as TC2 but steam updated big picture mode and its bit more confusing now so I remade the video.
