In this counseling model put forward by Dr Ludwig and based on St Paul's description of the internal battle that takes place within us, and the need for spiritual discipline.
Our heart attitudes can be changed as we release our resentments and griefs at the cross in the place of prayer and are empowered by the Spirit to become more loving and responsive to those who may have hurt us.
