In October we covered the murder trial of Marc Wilson, a black man who was attacked by a group of racist men while driving home from a late night food run with his white girlfriend in June of 2020. After almost being run off the road by the group of men who were enraged by their interracial relationship, Marc fired a shot in the direction of the vehicle attacking them in self-defense. Unfortunately, the bullet claimed the life of a 17-year-old girl inside the vehicle. Since then, Marc has been sitting in jail awaiting his sentencing. In this TSR Investigates: Update we reveal details from Wilson’s sentencing and speak to his girlfriend Emma Rigdon, in one of her first interviews since his August murder trial.
