This is a short sequence flowing from twisted chair pose to Flamingo , Crescent Lunge and repeating the sequence on the other side.
It can be practiced on its own for a quick short workout . It is helpful for building Core strength, Balance, Focus , and also improves digestion .
It can also be paired with other short sequences or can be added to vinyasa flows to build a more complete practice.
