He is the author of Heavenly City: The Architectural Tradition of Catholic Chicago (2005), Catholic Church Architecture and the Spirit of the Liturgy (2009), How to Read Churches: A Crash Course in Ecclesiastical Architecture (2011).
For the New Evangelization Society he offered a crash course in how to read a church, so that we can know and explain the beautiful things we see and their significance and meaning to others. You will never see a church the same way again!
