Huge Apple And Hazelnut Pie! (Recipe and Review)

Описание: This really is a big pie - and it tastes great too : - )
It's not so fancy - but easy to make and easy to eat..

Pastry:
375 g flour
pinch of salt
200 g butter
up to 6 serving spoons of cold water

Filling:
1kg apples, peeled, cored and cubed
2 table spoons of corn flour
2 table spoons of lemon juice
up to 150 g sugar, depending how sweet you'd like the pie to be
2 table spoons of raisins
50g chopped hazelnuts

1 egg, separated

bake at 200 C (180 C in a fan oven)
for about an hour
