In Spring 2023 the Washington State Legislature passed the Covenant Homeownership Act. This new law has led to a NEW down payment assistance program, being released this summer 2024. Washington State is the FIRST state to create a down payment assistance program like this one. This week I will give you an overview of this loan program and share the three eligibility requirements to qualify.
