Much better stability with wider forefoot and heel while raising the heal to an 8 mm drop. The faster you run in the Alphafly, the better response from the foot pods are delivered. As long as you can put up with the "slapping" noise of the thick rubberized sole, you will fly with the eagles.
Paired perfectly with my favorite @zensah compression socks that match the neon yellow on the soles perfectly.
