In this workshop Garcia speaks about how to win hearts and minds and build trust and inspire loyalty by harnessing what he calls the Nine Principles of Effective Leadership Communication, found in his most recent book "The Power of Communication: Skills to Build Trust, Inspire Loyalty and Lead Effectively". Specifically he looks at three of the principles in this workshop:
-Principle #1: Communication is the continuation of business by other means.
-Principle #2: To move people, we need to meet them where they are.
-Principle #9:Understand how the human brain works.
