Lomi cooling light error resetting won't help

Lomi not working despite following through troubleshooting guide.
Cooling light is blinking red.
There does not seem to be anything blocking.
I tried the cycle with an empty bucket, to make sure no foodstuffs is blocking the pot.
I have reset Lomi, but this does not solve the problem.
Have had Lomi since January.
Have used it on average twice a week, on express cycle.
Love it when it works though!!! Hopefully issue will be solved with Lomi support.
Update 2022-03-26: After contacting customer support, they are sending me a new fan. Customer support was speedy, and fan is supposed to ship in 3-5 days... we'll see how this all pans out!
