Healthy Black Bean Brownie Bites | DELISH!

A tasty treat that is flour free and packet with protein. Amazingly you cannot taste the black beans in these chocolatey brownies! Enjoy! :)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of melted salted butter
1 (15oz) Can of black beans
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1.) Preheat your oven to 325'F and grease your mini muffin tin with melted butter. I am also using a silicone muffin tin. I find that the muffins pop out easier.
2.) To a blender or food processor, add rinsed black beans, eggs, coco powder, maple syrup, salt, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Blend until well combined.
3.) Spoon batter into the muffin tins about three quarters of the way. Top with dark chocolate chips.
4.) Bake at 325'F for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick poked into the center of a brownie bite comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing the muffins from the tin.
**Store in a ziplock bag in the fridge for 4 to 5 day or in the freezer for 2 to 3 months. DO NOT store outside of the fridge or it will mold.**
