"In the late 50’s this is what types of contests were being held. This is not your typical beauty contest. Girls in this contest are competing to see who has the most beautiful eyes. The Red Coat (Margaret Higgs) hands out handkerchiefs to the girls so they can just showcase their eyes to have a fair chance. Watch to see who wins!
