They Thought This Gaming PC Was Dead…No POST Panic Build

Описание: I found a Facebook Marketplace listing for a custom gaming PC that powered on… but never showed anything on screen.
Lights on. Fans spinning. No signal. No POST.

The seller had already tested multiple graphics cards with no luck and assumed the system was dead, even trying to plug their monitor directly into the motherboard for video output. The GPU was confirmed working and sold separately, so this PC showed up with no graphics card and no storage drive installed.

In this video, I troubleshoot the no-display issue step-by-step, swapping in known working components from my own inventory until we finally get into the BIOS. Once I confirm the core hardware is functional, the system gets torn down for a full deep clean, upgraded cooling, dual-channel memory, and a complete rebuild inside a brand new case.

After everything was installed and cable-managed, I benchmarked the finished build across multiple games at 1080p to see how it performs.
