Here's a short video covering the process of converting spent 5.56 brass to use for loading the 17-556 KAK.
You'll need your standard reloading tools, plus:
1) 223 Full-Length Sizing Die (I decap with a universal decapping die, so I remove the pin from mine)
2) 17-556 2-Die set from Redding
3) 17-caliber Funnel
(optional) If you regularly come across military brass with crimped/staked primers, you'll definitely want to use a universal decapping die and you'll want a primer pocket swager tool to restore the primer pockets.
Materials:
Hogdgon CFE-223 Powder
CCI #41 Small Rifle Military Primers or Winchester 41 5.56 Military Primers
Spent 5.56 brass
Hornady .172 20gr V-Max Bullets
