This film was produced for Saica Paper UK and Aspirational Futures by The Reporters' Academy young crew members. Aspirational Futures is a project that has established an agreed set of Capabilities - soft skills - to support young people having success in life , learning and work. It promotes a partnership approach using a common language ( ie the Capabilites to do this).
Saica has a commitment to supporting education and young people and in turn, value these soft skills in young people and that employees use their soft skills at work. The key message for young people is that Saica want young people with these skills . They are looking for and want to help young people have that 'can do attitude.'
