Welcome to the Lalbagh Flower Show 2026, one of Bengaluru’s most iconic and awaited flower exhibitions.
This year’s flower show is a special floral tribute to legendary Kannada author K.P. Poornachandra Tejaswi, celebrating his life, literature, love for nature, forests, wildlife, birds, and insects.
🌸 Highlights of Lalbagh Flower Show 2026:
• Grand Glass House installation featuring a floral mountain, waterfall, and a replica of Tejaswi’s home “Niruttara”
• Display of 32–35 lakh flowers across 95+ varieties
• Exotic blooms including Cymbidium orchids from Sikkim and Azaleas
• Forest and wildlife-themed installations inspired by Tejaswi’s writings
• 400 root and fiber sculptures by artist Nagaraj
• 35 large wood carvings made from fallen garden trees
• Exhibit of 300 varieties of wild forest fruits
• Photo gallery with 150 bird photographs and 250 insect specimens
This exhibition beautifully blends nature, art, sustainability, and literature, making it a must-visit for flower lovers, nature enthusiasts, and literature admirers.
