Ultrasound can be used to visualize the anatomy of the face in real time and identify important structures such as arteries.
There are many different types of ultrasound machines available to injectors and in this video we take a look at some of the popular portable machines.
Handheld ultrasound machines are becoming more common and their quality is improving all the time. The lower price of handheld units is also very attractive. Hand held units such as the VINNO Q series and QSONO D8 (shown in this video) are capable of imaging the face at a basic level.
Most handheld devices still have the drawback of being too large to be ideal for cosmetic medicine.
We also show the high end portable VINNO V6 ultrasound unit that has a high frequency hockey stick style transducer. These are the most ideal units for cosmetic injectors, and have been the preferred choice for most of our customers.
