Bird Mud Woman is an 11-minute experimental short filmed along the rugged Adriatic coastline, where the boundaries between the living, the unseen, and the remembered dissolve.
Three archetypal figures traverse a mythic landscape: Amara A’, walking a pilgrimage of introspection; the Bird-Mother, giving birth to a hundred roses; and Mud Woman, emerging from a cave with earth-soaked hands. Through ritual, movement, and symbolic gestures, these beings inhabit a non-linear, otherworldly reality, an atmospheric meditation on identity, transformation, and the intertwining of worlds beyond being and non-being.
