Under the visionary guidance of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, the Zoji-La Tunnel reaches its critical breakthrough stage. Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari Ji triggers the final blast on 9th June, marking a milestone in this monumental infrastructure project.

Stretching 13.15 km at 11,578 ft, the Zoji-La Tunnel is the world’s longest high-altitude single-tube bi-directional road tunnel. The tunnel ensures all-weather connectivity between Srinagar and Ladakh, strengthens tourism, military mobility, and supply chains to the border region and transforms the lives of locals.

This achievement reflects PM Modi Ji’s unwavering commitment to Jammu & Kashmir's strategic growth, national security and the seamless development of border regions.
