Downtown Condo Development Shifts to Rental

Описание: This should be the final wake up call for people looking to buy a home in Downtown Vancouver or surrounding neighbourhoods. The Calvary is not on the way as far as new construction. As a matter of fact most of the new condo development approved for Downtown Vancouver in areas like the West End have been recently changed to market rental buildings. This will only put more upward pressure on the limited strata supply we currently have in place.
