Classification of Objects in FreeCAD BIM

Описание: Element classification in FreeCAD BIM is explained in this video. Classification is important in architecture, engineering and construction field, because it gives an object a clear description of what it is. This description can usually be read by both people and machines and it helps in interoperability between different stakeholders of construction process and later life cycle process of a building.
The video demonstrates how to install classification system (in the form of xls or IFC file), how search the correct classification class and how to apply classification on objects. The sample classification systems used are British Uniclass and Danish CCS.
