In this section, Kenzie and I fight the heatwave throughout the badlands of eastern Montana and western North Dakota. Across North Dakota the climate slowly changes the landscape from arid and dry to lush and forested in the Missouri River valley of Bismarck. Towns are still pretty remote throughout. Theodore Roosevelt national park is a definite highlight of the video.
