I would say they already failed 11,5 years ago, because if you can't prove a person is aggressive in max three months, you're just a fool harassing a random woman who doesn't give a crap about your existence.

At this point though, after 12 years of non-stop harassment, if I finally loose my cool, it will be considered self-defence. So here's your 9min 50 sec of pity fame since I simply don't waste my time and attention to street harassers and online trolls. Perverted racists are obsessed with other people's sex lives. They shame you whether you have it or not. These people have used sex as a tool to torment other races for centuries. It seems it's their favorite method to torment and humiliate.
