Here is a look at the simulated distance that Techdisc measures compared to actual measured distances in the field. Yes that means I am throwing my pampered simulator disc in a field (it'll get a bath afterwards, otherwise it stains the simulator screen).
All measured throw distances are accurate and measured with a 100ft tape measure. No u-disc or internet distances here!
From the video you will notice that Techdisc likes my backhand throws way better than my forehand throws. Which is pretty much the opposite of how I throw in real life rounds. Maybe that tells me I am doing something wrong and need to switch.
I realized while editing this video that I should've shot both the throws and the techdisc simulation in vertical format. That way I could've edited it as a true side by side, which would've made this way cooler. I'll keep that in mind for next time.
