How to prepare the stew with Cucimix?
In a simple, quick and automated way, thanks to:
A totally programable mixer,
A perfect temperature control,
A electronic board FCT (Firex Touch Control), that allows you to set, store and check all the cooking process, phase by phase;
A pressure cooking facility, to gain a soft and unique favoured meat halving working times.
When the sauté is ready, the operator has only to add the meat for the browing and later adding all other ingredients.
