Описание: Here in this video we present the Hydra BioAFM system which offers ultrasensitive single pN force mapping combined with the benefits of super-resolution optical/fluorescent imaging. This system allows to do live cell imaging with resolutions less than 100nm and direct correlation with AFM topography. The versatility of the Hydra BioAFM system allows to integrate it into the regular dual microscopes.
