Let’s introduce you our American type stringer pallet production line. Normally, our standard model can make pallet size from 800 by 800mm to 1300 by 1300mm. In addition, customization service is available per your request if the pallet size differs.

Pallet nailing machine
Firstly, Put the notched pallet stringers in the clamp, after the bottom deckboards are in place, pallet nailing machine will automatically nail the bottom side. Meanwhile, one stroke of nailing process can be finished within 7 seconds. Then turnover the pallet, with the top deckboards being placed and fixed on the clamps, pallet nailing machine will start to nail the top side. Once the nailing process is done, the half-finished pallet will be taken to the next procedure.

Branding machine
Afterwards, the branding machine is usually equipped with four soldering irons that can print your logo around the pallet. What’s more, based on customer’s drawings, different patterns can be customized.

Stacking machine
In the next place, the final pallet will be carried to the stacking machine and keep staying on it after being lifted by a hydraulic device, until the amount has reached the rated number. Normally the automatic stacking machine allows no more than 20 pallets in one column.

Conveyor
Then all the pallets will be stored on the conveyor. The whole production line consists of pallet nailing machine, branding machine, automatic stacking machine and conveyor. This production line only needs one worker to operate. Moreover, customized services and machine configurations are all provided for our customers to meet different needs of automation.

Finally, the conveyor can carry 3 columns of pallets at most, then these finished pallets can be carried away by your forklift.
