An estimated 6.7 million people in the United States experience an unruptured brain aneurysm each year – that’s about 1 in 50 people. On this episode of Stronger Together, Dr. Dave speaks with Catholic Health Chairman of Neurointerventional Services, Dr. Kimon Bekelis about the warning signs and treatment options available for aneurysms. We also hear from Maria Rizzuto, a brain aneurysm survivor and patient of Dr. Bekelis, who is raising awareness and sharing messages of hope.
