Easy AERIAL HOOP CHOREOGRAPHY for SMALL SPACES (Lyra tutorial)

Описание: I put together this easy aerial hoop combo for those of us trying to fit our aerial training into small or low spaces. It's 6 basic aerial hoop beginner and intermediate aerial hoop tricks - the mermaid, the push up to the aerial hoop top bar, the chandelier, the chest stand, the clock split, and the gazelle. this is a great aerial hoop flow for anyone who is not flexible, you can do it with no aerial hoop splits if you want, or I'll also show you how to add lyra splits if your more of a contortionist ;) so whether you're a lyra beginner looking for a challenge or a more advanced lyra aerialist trying to fit choreo into a low rig then give this lyra flow a try!
