Auto Shift is a feature in the firmware that allows users to type shifted characters (like capital letters or symbols) without needing to hold down the Shift key. Instead, it works by automatically detecting how long you press a key. If you press a key for a short time, it will output the normal (unshifted) character. If you hold it for slightly longer, it will output the shifted version of the character.
