My honest verdict
This is a solid, comfortable city stay with standout views and one of the most thoughtfully stocked breakfasts I’ve seen in a Birmingham hotel.
The room is large and stylish, but some scuffs and cleanliness details slightly take away from the luxury finish.
Service was good – but could feel warmer and more polished for a hotel at this level.
