Описание: Mathura Shahi Idgah Update : The Allahabad High Court gave a big verdict in a case related to the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Mosque dispute. In this dispute, the Hindu side claims that the Shahi Idgah Mosque is built at the place where Lord Shri Krishna was born. Their demand is that the mosque be removed and a temple be built there and 13.37 acres of land be handed over to the Hindus. On the other hand, the Muslim side says that this mosque was built in the 17th century and it is legally recognized under an agreement of 1968. They argue that the Places of Worship Act of 1991 prevents such changes, which prohibits changing the status of any place of worship after 15 August 1947. A new twist came in this case when the Hindu side filed a petition in the High Court, demanding that the Shahi Idgah Mosque be addressed as a "disputed structure". But on 4 July 2025, the Allahabad High Court rejected this petition. The court said that it is not right to call the mosque a “disputed structure”

Mathura Shahi Idgah Update : एक मामले में बड़ा फैसला सुनाया। इस विवाद में हिंदू पक्ष का दावा है कि शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद उस स्थान पर बनी है, जहाँ भगवान श्री कृष्ण का जन्म हुआ था। उनकी माँग है कि मस्जिद को हटाकर वहाँ मंदिर बनाया जाए और 13.37 एकड़ जमीन हिंदुओं को सौंपी जाए। वहीँ दूसरी तरफ , मुस्लिम पक्ष का कहना है कि यह मस्जिद 17वीं सदी में बनी थी और इसे 1968 के एक समझौते के तहत वैध रूप से मान्यता मिली है। उनका तर्क है कि 1991 का पूजा स्थल अधिनियम इस तरह के बदलावों को रोकता है, जो किसी भी पूजा स्थल की स्थिति को 15 अगस्त 1947 के बाद बदलने से मना करता है।इस मामले में एक नया मोड़ तब आया जब हिंदू पक्ष ने हाईकोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर की, जिसमें माँग की गई कि शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद को “विवादित ढाँचा” के रूप में संबोधित किया जाए। लेकिन 4 जुलाई 2025 को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने इस याचिका को खारिज कर दिया। कोर्ट ने कहा कि मस्जिद को “विवादित ढाँचा” कहना सही नहीं हैAbout Us -
